Hi, thank you for finding this little section about me and the curiosity that brought you here.
My name is Sofia, I am a Dutch analogue photographer based in Utrecht, where I try to make the mundane into art. My grandmother gave me the analogue cameras which I still use today. These ones keep giving this dream like feeling, inspiring and enchanting me. The desire to share this feeling with people who also search for this magical look on life keeps driving me to create with others that want to capture and visualize their inner world.

The photoshoot
I love shooting queer & body-positive portraits, couples, artists, maternity sessions & small business here in the Netherlands and beyond.
Let us shape a space together where we can create. Even when you are in front of the camera, you are a big part of the creation process. We will make something together, in comfort and lots of laughs.
We will first get to know each other, this can be through (video) call beforehand or with a nice cup of tea, taking our time and starting nice and easy. Then we will set the space, I will guide you in posing and feeling comfortable in front of me and my old little camera.
Due to the shoot being analogue, you won’t be able see the pictures directly. Keeping us both in the moment and having the results as a gift afterwards.
